Naomi Korn
Naomi Korn is a freelance IPR Consultant, based in the UK, with particular interest in licensing, digital rights management and best practice. Naomi was the Tate Gallery’s first Copyright Officer, where she led on the development of a copyright strategy for their mass digitisation project.
Together with Professor Charles Oppenheim, Naomi Korn was awarded the JISC IPR Consultancy whose aim is to lead on a plan of work that supports JISC and its development programmes in the area of IPR and right management for Higher and Further education institutions in the UK.
Naomi Korn also had a range of other clients including, the Strategic eContent Alliance, Kings College London, TASI (Technical Advisory Service for Images), cultural heritage organisations, charities and professional organisations. She works closely with them in developing processes, procedures and policies to ensure that copyright and other rights issues are embedded at a departmental and organisation level.
