Emma Beer

Manages the Strategic Content Alliance which is developing a framework for key public sector organisations to collaborate and coordination their e-content activities so that they make best use of limited funding available in order to fully realise the potential of e-content for the benefit of the UK and its citizens.  Emma has worked in publishing, as a history researcher and Project Manager at the AHDS.  She has a keen interest in moving images.
